Movement II · The Why
You have seen where we are. Now the older question — the one every crisis is secretly asking: what is all of this FOR?
Begin where everything begins: ØNE — the Source and Sustainer of All, transcendent of every name, religious container, and proposition we have ever built around it. And begin with what flows from ØNE without condition or exception: Absolute And Unconditional Love — for you, for your enemy, for the soil and the sparrow and every generation not yet born.
From that Love comes The Goal: the total integrated wellbeing, development, and right relationship of all generations of Life and Consciousness. On any worksite the uniting purpose is called the Designer's Intent; on Worksite Earth, encompassing All Creation, it is Creator's Intent — and taking it back up as our overarching and uniting aim is the single act that reorients and reunites everything else. Every move any player ever makes is measured against one compass: does this make life a little more like Heaven — for all current and future generations of life?
Two truths bind the Goal to every one of us:
No one is involuntarily left behind. From the standpoint of Love there is no acceptable number of the lost. The Highest Desire is for everyone to find their way home, and our spiritual and moral imperative is to make a Way for All to return to ØNE — pathways and bridges built so that the crossing is as navigable as love can make it, for every family and tribe on Earth.
And none of us, until all of us. In an ultimately interexistent Universe, when one part of the Body suffers, the whole Body suffers. What we do to the water, we do to ourselves; what we do to the stranger, we do to our own ØNE Body. Armed as we now are, conflict itself has become omnicidal — it has to be utopia or oblivion for us all. None of us reaches The Promised Land unless and until we all do; we can only enter in together.
Can it actually be done? Here the Why bows its head: any plan to regenerate a world and refound a civilization within a single generation can only come to pass if ØNE and All will it to be — willing it, co-creating the miracles along the Way, causing it to be so. The Plan that follows in this Book is offered in exactly that spirit: a humble offering in service of ØNE and All, certain to contain errors that your unique gifts were born to find — for in this work, Every Defect Is A Gift, and like gold refined seven times, only what is Wise, Right, True, and Good will remain.
And because consciousness lays itself out as story, the Why comes to you finally not as doctrine but as The Story of LIØNSBERG — the ancient, archetypical tale you already know in your bones: the captives in The Caves, the New Exodus, the Wilderness between the Old and the New, and the Promised Land that recedes just enough to keep us growing forever. You are not reading about that story. You were born into its decisive chapter.
That is this Movement's turn. Its chapters are not collected — they are composed: each one written fresh through the great gathering, the best and highest synthesis of its territory in the Book's one voice, deduplicated against the whole, opening outward to the concepts and beyond.
