Multi-Generational Co-Operation

The New Civilization is not built for us. It is built in service of all past, current, and future generations of Life and Consciousness, in all times and spaces — and it can only be built by us, together.

Multi-Generational Co-Operation is the practice of that truth: viewing all life and consciousness as interexistent aspects of ØNE Body developing across millennia and worlds. As we meet needs, solve problems, and co-create the New, we continually honor the wisdom and contributions of our elders and ancestors — the shoulders every present work stands on — while passing the Flame to the rising generations who will carry it beyond us.

Through this lens comes one of the most liberating recognitions in the whole Way: the knowledge, technologies, and techniques of any generation are built to be superseded and pass away. What remains — what is actually being co-created across the generations — is the Spirit, the Intention, the Wisdom, the Culture, and the Values. Their continuous improvement is the main act of co-creation; everything else is scaffolding, honored and released.

This is why every structure of the Great Game runs on generational rails: the 20 Year Generational Contingency held so the Transformation completes within a single generation; the youth beginning their formation at fifteen and taking up New Citizenship at eighteen, so that no child is ever born outside the Pattern; and the Jubilee that each generation prepares for the next.
