World War IV

World War IV is the war presently being waged for the future of Earth and its inhabitants.

The numbering tells the true history. World War III was not averted in 1945 — it began there: the long, undeclared world war that ran from the end of World War II until roughly 2017. It was fought under the name of peace — cold war and proxy war, financial and informational warfare, the capture of institutions, the corruption of food, medicine, and money, the war on Consciousness itself — a world war precisely because no continent, economy, or mind stood outside it.

Around 2017 it escalated into World War IV: the present, intensifying planetary conflict — kinetic theaters spreading and spilling over, joined to open economic, biological, informational, psychological, and spiritual fronts — the war of the Keepers of The Caves against the awakening of humanity, waged through the Collapse of the Existing Order by design. Its stakes were named in eighty-eight words in Unity Or Death: the death or enslavement of every human on Earth, or our uniting.

The Strategy's answer is not to win World War IV. It is to render it obsolete: forestalling the omnicidal escalation; Progressive Disarmament through Swords to Ploughshares — the phased redirection of the war's own resources into the infrastructure of life; retraining the world's forces to co-create rather than destroy; holding Minimum Necessary Force for genuine defense within a Properly Ordered world; and moving the whole population FROM the Old TO the New faster than the old war can consume it.
