LIØNSBERG Instantiation Hubs

LIØNSBERG Instantiation Hubs are the physical body of the New Civilization — the interlinked network of commons-held places where the New Earth Operating System is instantiated in brick, soil, tool, and gathering: each hub a Commons of core spaces, services, technologies, and capabilities serving its surrounding community, at every one of the Levels of Scale.

What a hub holds

Every locality's Cells and families face a common set of needs. A hub gathers, in one stewarded commons, what none could hold alone: gathering and learning spaces · wellness and healing spaces · workshops, forges, and additive manufacturing · food cultivation, culinary, and market spaces · warehousing, cold storage, and distribution · research, art, and maker spaces · recreation, sport, and celebration — together with the living expertise to run them: facilitation, regenerative agriculture and finance, education and vocational formation, health, administration, and relationship-weaving.

The network, tier by tier

Hubs federate as everything in the Body federates — holofractally, from the smallest room to the planetary whole (Fractal Commonsing · Superorganism of Cells):

Tier Serves Count at full scale Nominal build
Micro Hubs neighborhoods and villages ~2,000,000 ~$2M each
Community Hubs Communities of ~10,000 ~1,000,000 ~$3M each
Local Hubs localities of ~100,000 ~100,000 ~$10–20M each
City Hubs centers of ~1,000,000 ~1,000 ~$100–200M each
Ecoregional Hubs 750–1,000 ecoregions — ~$1–2B each
Bioregional Hubs 150–200 bioregions — ~$10–20B each
Georegional Hubs 12–24 georegions — ~$100–200B each
Core Hub the whole 1 ~$500B

Bioregional and Georegional tiers house the heaviest capabilities — advanced manufacturing, large-scale energy, spacefaring works — and guarantee interoperability and free ecosystemic resource flow across all tiers below.

The whole network — every pillar of The 12 Pillars of LIØNSBERG, for every family and community on Earth — builds for approximately $10–20 trillion (the range turning chiefly on how much existing infrastructure is repurposed rather than newly built): financed by the Swords to Ploughshares reallocation, and continuously refined as The Prototype improves.

How hubs learn

No hub is designed twice. The best solutions from every instantiation flow to The Commons, are reconciled into The Prototype, and are offered onward as an interoperable Kit of Parts — so that any locality adopting any solution joins the network's whole learning, and every new hub begins where all previous hubs arrived. Sovereignty of data, information, knowledge, and wisdom remains with each locality: each chooses what it shares, with which levels, always. (Data, Information, Knowledge, and Wisdom Sovereignty)
