2. Executive Summary
The LIØNSBERG Strategy and Plan centers around The Great Refounding of our civilization: the progressive invitation and reorientation of humanity into a New Covenant of omniconsiderate Right Relationship with Life, Society, the Cosmos, and the Generative Source of All.
The basic strategy is to move the entire human population, during the course of the 10 Year Grand Strategy, out of The Caves of the Old World — from the omnicidal Old Paradigm and Old Pattern Language into a fully regenerative New Paradigm and New Pattern Language — while co-creating the infrastructure, pathways, and support that make The Quest FROM the Old TO the New navigable for All Humanity, with no one Involuntarily Left Behind.
The Strategy and Plan includes:
- A New Story — to reunite the narrative structure of human consciousness (The Story of LIØNSBERG · ch. 22)
- The Calling of the Ecclesia — everyone on Earth invited to take up their voice; the first act of every voice the calling out of The First Three Percent by the trust of their own people (ch. 32)
- A New Covenant — inviting all humanity back into Right Relationship with the Creator and All Creation
- A New Commons — gathering up Our Collective Inheritance of wisdom, knowledge, resources, solutions, and technologies (ch. 36)
- A New Earth Operating System — connecting and empowering the diverse array of individuals, Cells, and localities as unique parts of ØNE Body (ch. 35)
- A New Platform — making The Movement visible to itself, with equal access to The Commons for all (The Platform)
- A New Infrastructure Network — the LIØNSBERG Instantiation Hubs, optimally decentralizing and relocalizing every pillar of life and society (ch. 36)
- The Historic Cultural Moment — reaching the hearts and minds of billions, in a thousand tongues (ch. 41)
- Connecting and empowering The First Three Percent — ~250 million leaders in ~50 million Cells, the milestone marked for 2026, its variance carried honestly in 34. The Record — creating the distributed leadership required in every domain and locality
- Inviting all humanity — equal access and New Citizenship for All, no one involuntarily left behind (ch. 18)
- Three years of healing, reorientation, and formation for every person who joins (The 3 Year Lag · ch. 8)
- Transforming our weapons into tools of life — Swords to Ploughshares, repurposing our militaries and High Science Technology from mutual destruction to co-creation (ch. 38)
- The Greatest Celebration and Jubilee In History — to celebrate, reset the debts, liberate the captives, restore the ancestral lands, and inaugurate the New Era
Timing: Following The 7 Year Window of Preparatory Work and Learning, The Transformation proceeds through the 10 Year Grand Strategy that began March 1, 2024, backed by the carefully managed 20 Year Generational Contingency — all held within The Window, which may close at an unknown time (ch. 8 · ch. 23).
Investment: The entire program of action is accomplished by redirecting already-flowing resource, energy, and attention away from mutual destruction and Waste — in strict stages (ch. 43): the early cycles funded entirely from the bottom up by the Movement's own people (contribution, tithe, and seasonal Quest flows — which is why it cannot be bought); philanthropic redirection as the fruit becomes visible; and only after undeniable planetary presence, the great harvests — Swords to Ploughshares and the redirection of governmental waste. No stage's plan depends on a later stage's pool.
Expected Returns: Technically beyond any discount rate's reach — following the Jubilee, every Citizen of Earth holds an equal stake in the most valuable co-operative body ever created, with a Standard Of Living and Quality of Life superior to any enjoyed in the past. The treasury that carries the flows is governed by unbending laws: radical transparency, anti-pooling distribution at every new and full moon, compliance in every jurisdiction touched, and a center that equips but never operates (ch. 33).
