Stuck
Stuck is the reading of no-movement — will present, path absent; neither flowing nor resting. Felt Sense. Idling pressure. Energy with nowhere to go: pacing, circling the same thought, opening the same door onto the same wall. The body wants to push and finds nothing to push against. Not tired — thwarted. What It Signals. Stuck reports a mismatch between the will and the map: desire intact, gradient unreadable. The engine runs; the wheels have lost the road. Crucially, it is not the reading of low capacity (Overwhelm) or surrendered will (Resignation) — the wanting is alive, which is exactly why the stillness aches. Its Gradient. Hesitation → Friction → Stuck → Resignation (if it hardens). Its restless cousin is Boredom; its way out often opens through Discomfort. Its Gift. Stuck usually reports that the frame is wrong, not the will: the next move lives outside the current map. The wall you keep hitting is the edge of a picture, not the edge of the world. Stuck is the summons to re-see — an invitation to Attunement before further effort. Its Distortion. Pushed against blindly, it becomes grinding — harder shoves at the same wall, mistaking force for progress. Settled into, it becomes the comfortable lament: forever "blocked," never re-framing, because a wall can excuse what a road would demand. The Move. Change altitude, change scale, or change the question. Zoom out to Purpose; shrink the scale; ask what am I assuming? — aloud, to a Circle if you have one. Then make the smallest true movement in any honest direction. Motion breaks the seal; the road appears under moving feet.
