Play — Turn the Season

The Seasonal Turning · a card of The LIØNSBERG Playbook

When the solstice or equinox arrives (next: September 22). The season's breath, in five movements:

Prepare the TurningWhen the solstice or equinox nears (next: September 22). Complete what can complete. Harvest the Story. Gather the season's Score: commitments kept, value created, Stories shared, flames passed.

Run the Seasonal OmniSpectionWhen at the turning. See from above, together: What did we set out to do? What actually happened? What did we learn? What is ours to do next? → Template For Seasonal OmniSpection

Celebrate and RestWhen the OmniSpection closes. Mark what was real — food, laughter, blessing. Then rest on purpose. The fallow is part of the field.

Renew or ReleaseWhen the new season opens. Each member renews their commitment freely — or releases it with grace. Freshly chosen beats silently assumed.

Choose the New Quest — Return to Play 19, wiser.

These movements are proto-Patterns: the same elements recur across many Plays — the First Gathering, the Weekly Turn, the Turning. As they prove themselves in play, they will be articulated into The LIØNSBERG Pattern Language as its operational Patterns.
