LIØNSBERG Issue Tracker
One log for everything in the way — what blocks the work now, and what looms ahead. A named worry is a surprise unscheduled.
The discipline: solve it in your Circle first. When something stops you — or worries you — that your Circle cannot resolve, log it here through any door on Reaching Us. Blocking items get an owner and a date; horizon items get a watch-sign and a meeting-plan, reviewed at each turning. When a horizon item lands, it moves up — with its meeting-plan already half the fix.
Blocking Now
- (none logged — the season is young; when something stops you that your Circle cannot resolve, this is where it goes)
On the Horizon — watched, met before they arrive
- Single-steward bottleneck — the Board and ledgers tended by few hands. Watch: tending latency. Meeting it: the Log Set, sync automation, more stewards as Circles mature.
- Borrowed land — Discord and the form tools are not ours. Watch: platform terms, outages. Meeting it: plain text remains the record of record; the Server is conversation, never memory; our own platform in time.
- Urgency outrunning trust — the season presses while Circles form at the pace of trust. Watch: pace-pressure in the language. Meeting it: the recovery lines; the pace of trust is the law.
- Key-person dependence — one voice at the door. Meeting it: the Commons is operable by any hands — agent-optional, steward-optional.
- Empty-board discouragement — early visitors reading sparse tiles as absence. Watch: this month's first impressions. Meeting it: young-season language; seeding the Board as Circles consent.
- Spam and bad actors at the doors — as visibility grows. Meeting it: the membrane (decision 13) — links travel through doors held by humans; the flame line verifies.
