Frequency

Frequency is the quality and signature of a Vibration — the note a being, place, or act is sounding.

Every living process sounds somewhere: fear and love, contempt and reverence, extraction and stewardship are not merely different ideas but different frequencies — distinguishable qualities of being that others feel before any word is spoken. A Sovereign's frequency is read by children and animals long before their arguments are heard. A community's frequency is felt at its threshold. A work carries the frequency of the state in which it was made.

This is why Love is a Frequency of Being — not an opinion held but a note sounded, sustained, and strengthened by practice (Attunement). And it is why transformation begins with the transformation of one's own frequency: what we sound is what we call forth (Resonance).

Frequency is a gradient, not a badge: every being sounds higher in some moments and lower in others, and the Way is the lifelong practice of raising and steadying the note (The Living Gradient · The Sacred Ascent).
